Paul Tesluk

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Bentley University

Paul serves as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Bentley University. He is an organizational psychologist and recognized expert in leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change. He is an accomplished scholar whose research on these topics has been funded by agencies including NSF and NIH and widely published and heavily cited in the most selective journals in the field.

Prior to Bentley, Paul served seven years as dean of the University at Buffalo School of Management after being on the faculties at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and Tulane University. In addition to provost and dean, Paul has held a number of other academic leadership roles, including department chair, founding center director, and chair of the Academy of Management’s Organizational Behavior division. He holds Ph.D. and MS degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
